Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared by TERMA LED Aydınlatma Elektrik Mühendislik Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("TERMA") as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

**Personal data processed**

When you submit the contact and quotation form on this site, we process your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name where provided, and any information contained in your message, together with the date and time of submission.

**Purposes of processing**

Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, to carry out technical support and quotation processes, to contact you, and to keep a record of your request. We do not send marketing communications without your consent.

**Legal basis**

Your data is processed on the basis of Article 5(2) of the KVKK — processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller — through your own act of submitting the form.

**Method of collection**

Data is collected only through the form on our website, by electronic means, and directly from you.

**Transfers**

Your data is not shared with third parties. It is processed on our behalf only by our hosting and e-mail service providers, as required to deliver the service. Transfers to authorised public authorities may occur where legally required.

**Retention**

Data submitted through the form is retained for no more than one year after your request is concluded, and is then deleted automatically from our systems.

**Your rights**

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information where it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to request rectification of incomplete or incorrect data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated means, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
